Where are you located?
All studio sessions take place at the DGTAL SZN suite located in Harbor City, CA 90710. The exact address to the studio is not given until after you book! We do also travel to rental studios closer to you, please contact us to make arrangements. Lifestyle sessions can take place wherever.
What if we want something more extreme for our elopement?

We want to include our dog into the elopement ceremony and photos, is that okay?

Am I allowed to bring any guest to my session?
Due to limited space in the studio, only 1 guest is allowed per session & this applies only if you are coming alone! Studio space is VERY limited! If you’ve booked a session that includes additional models, the guest allowance does not apply, as the space is already accounted for with the extra individuals in your booking. Unapproved guests will be turned away at the door.
Do we need a wedding officiant for our elopement? If yes, can you recommend one?

FAQ | Galleries
When will I receive my proof gallery?
Your proof gallery is typically delivered within 1 hour after your session. In some cases, it may take a little longer depending on workflow, but it is generally delivered within a few hours of your session.
Can I purchase additional edited images?
Yes! During the favorite selection process, you'll have the opportunity to purchase additional retouched images at $5 per additional image, before your final gallery is delivered.
How long will my gallery be available?
Your final gallery will remain available for 7 days after it has been delivered. Please download your images before the gallery expires.
What is the turnaround time for my edited gallery?
The standard turnaround time is 5 business days, unless your selected session states otherwise. For example, the DGTAL SZN Experience includes same day delivery.
Your gallery turnaround time begins once you submit your favorite image selections, not on the day of your session. Once your favorites have been submitted, you'll receive your completed gallery by 7:00 PM on day 5.
Do I receive all of the photos from my session?
Your session includes the edited images that are part of your selected package. If you'd like downloadable access to your complete proof gallery (all JPEG preview images captured during your session), you can purchase download access to the full gallery for $15.
